1Co 4:15 For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.
Where are the real dads? Where are the real dads?
We need to understand first what a real daddy is.

1) A father is first someone that saw the seed, other ways he will be a step father or an adoptive father.
2) A provider, someone that will provide for his family, providing food and a safe environment.
3) A protector, someone that will protect from dangerous and hazardous outsider and therefore will take the appropriate measure to keep his house safe.
4) Someone ready to teach how to talk, how to walk and how to keep clean.

5) Someone that will correct and establish the appropriate rules due to the household.

How does it apply spiritually?
The church is in need of fathers, what are their duties?
1) Many churches have taken the souls from other churches adopting them or making them become their steps kids, there will always be conflict between seeds.
Thou they are making the duties of a father they will always have to face the fact that they were not the one that gave birth to them.

2) Many ministers are not providing for the right food to their congregation, the instability of the meal will make the kids or to fat or to slim. A Seasonal word is the secret for a stable growth. They will make adequate the place of worship in order to keep the family (church happy and safe).

3) They will protect the congregation from any dangerous outsider or insider with a false doctrine that could jeopardise the house. Many pastors leave their pulpit opened to anyone and it makes a church mess where no one understands who the father is. It is always better to prevent than cure.

4) The pastor is someone that needs to talk how to walk in the spiritual life, someone helping to make the first steps, and helping the child to stand up after his fall and if needed ready to give the first aid… no one have ever learn to walk without falling.

He will teach the child to talk, to speak in the right way, to have the fellowship with the Almighty. He will teach the congregation how to be kept clean, he will potty trained them. Babies always cries, they cries when they hungry, cry when they are much fed, cries when they mess themselves, cry when you clean them and it goes over and over until they grow. Therefore it is the duties of the pastor to make his church ready to walk talk and clean, a holy sanctified church.

5) A father is someone that correct, someone that lift up his voice when need so and take the rod if need so to. Not a dictator but a mediator in case of house conflicts, someone that knows how to rule without to be a tyrant.

6) A pastor is someone that need to try to understand the needs of the kids without compromising the word, someone that need to be focusing on the welfare of the congregation.

The bible stipulates that we have many teachers, but not many fathers…
