Boaz finding Ruth is one of my favorite love stories in the history of humanity. Though many would argue with me and say that finding love is like chasing the wind and an elusive dream and believe you me I am no expert to love and in love, but the few years I have lived on planet earth have been full of countless and precious and worthy lessons on a lot of topical issues to life. Talking about the love of a lifetime many schools of thoughts and theories have been spoken of written when it comes to stumbling on the love that we all cherish and long for. But allow me to approach it from another angle as I open my heart and pour it in black and white, how that life still is the master teacher when it comes to finding true love.

The foundational scripture that I’d like to begin with is 1 John 4:19, «We love God because He FIRST LOVED us.» Do you see the significance of those words? We didn’t chase after God. No, he chased after us. He lured us into a relationship with Him. Romans 3:11 tells us that no one seeks after God without him first seeking after them. It was God who waited at the well to talk with the woman who had already lived with seven men and the man she was with wasn’t even her husband. It was God who asked the questions and then provided the answers that would bring about her deliverance and change her life. That day as she made her way to the well, she wasn’t thinking about whether she would have an meet with God today, no, she was going to get water. But God knew in advance that she would be there and he waited. Then he wooed her with his words.

To my precious Single women friends, how often is this scenario in reverse for you. You get all doled up and go to this or that event, hoping and praying that Mr. Right will find you? I remember growing up my sister at one time confided to me if she can get just a man to give her children she would be happy because she was getting tired by the day of waiting for love, many have died and lived disappointed but hold on for a while and listen to me as you read through this article. Do you ever leave feeling disappointed, especially if you go to a Christian singles’ event and there are 50 women for every one man. The odds really aren’t in your favor.

But I want you to make a shift in your consciousness today. I want you to see the development of a true love relationship, a godly love relationship in a whole new light. I want you to see a love relationship that mimics the relationship that God had with Israel, a prophet had with a prostitute, and Jesus has with the church.

Did you know that God’s relationship with the children of Israel in the Old Testament shows the love that a man is supposed to have for his mate? Are you aware that over and over and over and over in the Bible that God pursued the children of Israel only to be rejected again and again and again? Passage after passage throughout in the Old Testament is God pleading for the children of Israel to love and follow him because He wanted to bless them. Anyone who says God isn’t patient or merciful hasn’t read the Bible. He never gave up; he still hasn’t. These were his people and He loved them despite their bad behavior. All he ever wanted was for them to return and embrace his love.

In fact, he also used the story of Hosea to further depict his love and faithfulness to his people. God put an unconditional love in Hosea’s heart for a prostitute, Gomer and told him to marry her. In Hosea 3:1, God told Hosea, «Love her as the Lord loves the Israelites.» Hosea took Gomer to his home and gave her everything he had. He was crazy over her. But her old ways and life would lure her back into the streets and the arms of other men. Yet, that did not stop Hosea from finding his woman and bringing her back home. That’s how much he loved her.

Did you know that the relationship between Jesus and the church is our model for marriage? The Bible says that «we» are the bride of Christ. In Mark 2:20 Jesus refers to himself as the bridegroom. And because of his love for us, he stepped off his throne in heaven, lived on earth for about 30 years where he was ridiculed and rejected, and then died violently on a cross to restore our relationship back to God so that we could live eternally with Him. Revelations 19:7-9 and 21:1-2 tells about the final wedding that will take place. We are told that at the second coming of Christ, the official wedding ceremony will begin and the eternal union of Christ and his bride (us) will become a reality.

Well as I continued to prepare my writing of this article the Lord spoke to my spirit and said, that if a man is not as crazy and devoted to you as Christ is to the church and God was to the Children of Israel, he is not your bridegroom but a hireling, a fake. Wow! We loved God because HE first loved us. Ladies you are to love the man in our life because «he» first loved you, not because you manipulated, coerced, seduced, or even threatened him in marrying you. As women, you are to be receivers, not chasers. God created the man to choose, to pursue, and to love you and not the other way around. Ephesians 5:25 tells men to love their wives as Christ loved the church. But unfortunately, a role reversal has taken place and women have begun to aggressively chase after men and use any and all means to get them. Ladies, you may get a man, but he won’t be your bridegroom! When God does the choosing he will send him correct and He will put a love in his heart for you that will last longer than a flicker in the night.

I have personally known of men who waited for a woman for YEARS because they knew that woman was the one God had for them; they had eyes for no other. It didn’t matter how cute someone else was, their hearts were taken. Often times the women couldn’t see it. They just weren’t interested at all, but God began to do a work in their heart as well and these marriages are just as strong today as they were years ago.

I know I’m going to sound a bit out there now, but I’m going to say it anyway. Ladies, if the man in your life is not crazy about you, can’t stop thinking about you, doesn’t nurture and cherish you, doesn’t love buying you little things to see you smile, and if that man in your life wouldn’t die for you, he’s not your bridegroom. He is a fake and he’ll never love you like a true groom would. Now you can settle for him just to have somebody and not be alone, but just be clear what you’re doing. However, if you want God’s best, then wait for God to bring him to the well of your heart. Let him ask you for a drink of water but all along his true intentions are to water you with his love, to woo you, and to take you as his own.

Now married to women, your man may have started out thinking you were the cream in his coffee but because of the little foxes that were swept under the rug and not exposed and dealt with, a wall may have surfaced between you. It’s time to cleansing your relationship from everything that stands between you and your man and get those sparks flying again. So don’t despair, just start doing that mental and spiritual cleaning that is blocking the love between you from flowing freely. However, if you settled for a hireling, you may have to work harder to cultivate love and passion in your relationship, but with God all things are possible.

Now to all the men, I told you that you can glean from this article as well because if the woman in your life doesn’t make you a little «coo coo,» when you think about her then she probably isn’t the one either. I believe that when God presents that woman in your life you will eat, breath, dream, and sleep her. You won’t be able to get her out of your mind. It’s like thoughts about her will haunt you, in a good way of course. And yes, you would give her your all, up to the point of your own life. Your love for her will represent the love that Jesus has for the church and God for his people.

Therefore, single women if you are in a relationship and with a man, in which, you are always questioning whether he loves you, you don’t know his intentions, and you are carrying the bulk of relationship, run away, don’t walk. This man is «just not that into you.» Your bridegroom and your Boaz won’t have any problem showing you and telling you how he feels.

Lastly, be patient and as you learned in life`s lessons, learn to have a relationship with yourself and be fun, confident, and a joy to be around. Then one day when you least expect it, he’ll be right there waiting for you and you thought you were just going to buy some lettuce.

One man had no intention of having «R.I.P.» (rest in peace) on his grave in Egypt. (Gen 50: 22-26). The mummy of Joseph was intended for export. Joseph knew the promises of God and what the future would hold, and he was determined not to be left out of it. Joseph, who died at the age of 110, wouldn’t even be found dead in Egypt. He was the man “who lived tomorrow”.
«By faith Joseph … gave commandment concerning his bones» (Heb 11:22). He didn’t want to lie quietly in the grave when the Red Sea and the River Jordan opened. When carried through the wilderness, Joseph’s bones did not rattle in the box, they rejoiced. There was more life in his bones, than in those who carried them. Joseph’s eye of faith saw the faithfulness of God fulfilling His word, that word which He had given to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob long before. In fact hundreds of years before it happened, Joseph shouted with the armies of men who, yet to be born, would bring down the walls of Jericho. Faith renews our youth. A man of faith, at the age of 110 years, is younger than a doubting teenager. So many of our young are «old» and futureless. They are the defeated crowd whose song is that of the Beatles: «Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away … I believe in yesterday.» Without God and without hope.” Where are the men of Joseph’s battalion today? Faith gives life to the fearful. Faith mocks at that king of terrors, death, and terrifies he who has the power of death, even the Devil. «O death, where is thy sting?» (1 Cor 15:55). Ready?

Understanding the fig tree being cursed: why did Jesus cursed the fig tree while it was not in a seasonal time for it to have fruits? Did Jesus cursed it really because of it ’s lack of fruits? Was he lead by his belly? Surely not…the explanation is in the text and in Genesis.

the Bible empathized he went to see the tree to find fruits while it was not the season…and the only thing he saw was leafs… so he cursed the tree and the day after when they came back the tree was dried dead. Could Jesus go against his word (remember he is the word) every tree will bear fruits in due season and then cursed it for not being fruitful?

Genesis will give us the answer:

Adam and eve were naked and after sin they discovered they were, so they did take leafs and dresses with it in order to hide their nudity. when God came he saw the leafs… he knew something had happened, he knew he will have to have the redemption plan activated, remember before Adam sinned God had already a plan of redemption, otherwise your name could not have been written in the book of life before the foundation of the world.

So God had to perform there the very first sacrifice, killed an animal to do them a covering… a dress, something to hide their nakedness.

So when Jesus saw the fig tree he remembered the purpose of his calling, he remembered the downfall of man, he remembered the sin, he remembered the seduction of the devil…he saw only the leafs and no fruits.

Many of us hide behind leafs (religion, titles, position, age, gray hairs…) and show no fruits. No sign of it in no season, because for us to be fruitful is in and out of season.

We hide behind money, elevation, knowledge of man, degrees and doctorates.

be careful hiding is a curse on itself and having no fruits is another curse, it is time for the church , the Christians to come out in the light and to show their fruits…if Jesus was passing by would he find fruits or leafs? When the son of man comes back will he find faith?

Shalom ,be blessed, your servant

 John Mark Hicks

John Mark Hicks

Sink or swim? Sound familiar? Some learned to swim by a parent throwing them into the pool. Perhaps that is not a good idea, but it appears analogous to what God did with Jesus…or maybe not.
Rising from the waters of baptism, Jesus is anointed with the Holy Spirit. The Father affirms him, loves him, and expresses his pure delight in him. And, then….

“immediately the Spirit throws him out into the desert” (Mark 1:12, my translation).
No waiting. No down-time. No pampering. Jesus went “immediately” into wilderness bootcamp.

Indeed, the Spirit of God drove him there. ”Sent” is too watered-down for the Greek verb here (éκβáλλει). It is mostly used in Mark for casting out demons (Mark 1:34, 39; 3:15, 23, and many other places), but also for tearing/plucking out an eye if it cause offense (Mark 9:47) and expelling someone from a place (Mark 12:8), including the money-changers from the temple (Mark 11:15). It has forceful overtones. Jesus is thrown or driven into the wilderness.

What was the purpose of this experience, of this “thrownness”? Given Mark’s theological purpose to locate Jesus in the history of Israel–Jesus is the suffering servant (a new Moses) who will lead Israel out of exile into abundance–we might find help in the story of Israel’s wilderness sojourn. Mark has already interpreted John’s ministry as one that belongs to the New Exodus (earlier quoting Isaiah 40). Jesus has passed through the water, just as Israel passed through the sea, and just as they spent 40 years in the Sinai wilderness, so Jesus spends 40 days in the Judean wilderness.

We can see the meaning of the wilderness experience for those who entered the promised land with the help of Deuteronomy 8–a text that Jesus quotes in the wilderness, according to Matthew and Luke. The text describes Israel’s experience as a testing, humbling and discipling one. Israel was tested to reveal what is in their hearts. They were humbled in their dependence upon God. They were discipled in the wilderness.

This, I think, is the meaning of the wilderness for Jesus….and for us. Jesus is tested in an hostile environment–Satan is present as well as wild animals. Only Mark mentions the wild animals which probably reflects not only the hostility of the environment but also connects with Mark’s Roman readers who themselves would endure wild beasts in their own testing (persecution). Jesus is tested, humbled and discipled in the wilderness.

And so are we. Mark’s Roman readers probably saw themselves in this same situation–persecution was their wilderness. That wilderness continues for many Christians across the globe today, but there are also many different kinds of wilderness experiences. Those experiences test us as they reveal our hearts, they humble us as we recognize our powerlessness and dependency on God, and they disciple us as they train us for the mission of God.

And, yet, we are not abandoned in the wilderness. We are not left alone. Angels ministered to Jesus, and they minister to us as well (cf. Hebrews 1:14). God is present with us in the wilderness and that presence strengthens us and empowers us to endure the wilderness.

The wilderness story of Israel is also Jesus’s story, and Jesus’ story is our story. Just as we followed Jesus into the water, so we follow him into the wilderness….or perhaps, God will throw us out into the wilderness if we don’t follow him there. And God will be there, too.

If God “throws” us into the water, he does not idly watch us struggle. On the contrary God joins us in the pool and helps us swim to safety.

JOHN GRACE MINISTRIES

Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the Gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you-unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I received; that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures» (I Corinthians 15:1-4).

«For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes» (Romans 1:16).

«And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God. For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in trembling. My speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God» (I Corinthians 2:1-5).

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the core message!! We do not have to dress it up, nor enhance it in order to draw souls to God. The Gospel itself is «the power of God unto salvation». It has self-inherent power to convict men of their sins, and awaken them to receive faith unto salvation.

When the Gospel first began to invade the world through the apostles’ preaching, lives were radically changed. So much so that the religious leaders of the day cried out,»These who have turned the world upside down have come here too» (Acts 17:6). Their fear, motivated by satan himself, induced them to seek various methods to disrupt and/or annihilate this «Jesus cult», and their «controversial» message. Soon, men rose up to oppose the apostles, to malign their character, undermine their authority, and introduce subtle differences so as to change the Gospel being preached.

This angered Paul, as well as troubling his heart over those to whom he preached the Gospel. «I fear», he wrote, «that as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he who comes preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted, you may well put up with it» (II Corinthians 11:2-4).

Paul’s fears were not unfounded. This very thing occurred with the believers in Galatia. Paul wrote, «I marvel that you are so quickly turned away from Him Who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ» (1:6-7).

Sadly, today is no different than then. I fear we also too easily «put up with it», allowing perversions of the blessed Gospel to flourish and spread uncontended. Some of us have been so taken with the cogent persuasions of those who peddle these false gospels, that we fail to notice that we’re being fed lies and heresies. Paul warned Timothy (and so us thereby) that «in the latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared as with a hot iron» (I Timothy 4:1-2). We are a generation adrift. We have allowed the core message to become lost and diluted, even exchanged for a more «favorable» message. We have been manipulated by the wiles and philosophies of immoral men, who have taken their traditions over the Word of God. We are warned to «beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and vain deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ» (Colossians 2:8). Their success is due in large part to inattention to the truth (Hebrews 2:1), and our willingness to heed silver-tongued preachers who are really devils in disguise.

Paul once preached in this same way. His most popular sermon (in Athens, on Mar’s Hill) was a masterpiece. Yet, it met with utter failure. Why? Paul tried to reason with these men, appealing to them on the basis of human wisdom. The message, while spectacular to the mind, never reached their spirits. Paul left there utterly depressed and left to wonder. This experience left an indelible mark on Paul, and forever changed the way he would share the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Entering Corinth, weak and aggrieved, he vowed to never preach using human wisdom again. He would preach the core message of the Gospel, and let that do the work of convicting and redeeming. He would just relay the message and allow God’s Holy Spirit to do the rest.

Despite what anyone may tell you, the Gospel of Jesus is very simple. It is the good news of Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection from the dead. By His death He atoned for sin. By His burial ,He buried our past forever, and by His resurrection, conquered death and hell completely. Moreover, He took us with Him. We have been united with Him in both His death and in His resurrection (read Romans 6:1-11). The core message is that we have died to sin and have been raised with Christ to newness of life. Sin has been dealt with and His Spirit has been given to us, empowering us to live righteously. This is the core message!! Let us not be moved away from it. Rather (in the words of St. Paul), «As you have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving» (Colossians 2:6-7).

And again, «These things command and teach…give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine…Meditate on these things; give yourself completely to them, that your progress may be evident to all. Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine (the core message). Continue in them, for in doing so you will save both yourself and those who hear you» (I Timothy 4:11-16).

Thank you!

ARE YOU CONFUSE ABOUT NOT RECEIVING ANSWERS TO YOUR PRAYERS? CHRIST FORMULA IS THE BEST FOR 2010 Декабрь 29, 2009

HOW DID YOU PRAY IN 2009? WHO DID YOU PRAY TO? WERE YOUR PRAYERS
ANSWERED???????
WHAT WILL YOUR RESOLUTION BE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR 2010?
2009 is fading out and a brand new year is coming in. At the beginning of each year millions of people around the world make resolutions about how they wish life will be for them in the New Year. For many these are vain words or a meaningless ritual utter because others are doing the same. But the true meaning of a resolution goes beyond vain utterance. It is a prayer to God for how we want Him to lead us during the year; usually putting before Him a goal or project we intent to accomplish. Now if you treat it as a prayer and direct it to the right place it actually works. However the sad fact is that many people are not even sure of their prayers these days. They rather go and pay money to one pastor or occultist to pray for them. Well I got some news for you, if you are confuse about how to pray and get answers for yourself. I want you to know that, gone are the days when one should pay for prayers or seek prayers from those claiming to be closer to God than you. Jesus Christ of Nazareth broke that rule and open up the mystery that explains how to pray, who to pray to, what to pray for, and where to direct our prayers. If you are really serious about getting answers to your prayers in 2010; get answers to your first prayer using a formula provided by the Master Himself. Live to see your prayers answer as heaven open up for you releasing blessings that is rightfully yours; but were unclaimed because you did not know your birthright.

I know that there are times when we get confuse about the way we pray to God and many questions come to mind. Questions like: am I really saying the right words that will move God to answer my prayers? Do I have the right attitude? How should I address God in order for Him to answer me? It is written: “He shall call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honour him. Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near”. (Psa. 91:15; Isa. 55:6) These promises of assurance are in the Bible; but what makes me different? I want you to know today that you are not the first person to experience this kind of feeling; the disciples had the same problems when they first met Jesus Christ. They walk with Jesus everyday and saw Him pray and great things happened, the blind saw, the lame walk, the sick were heal ;regardless of their illness, the demon possess were release from captivity and the dead rose again. What kind of man is this; they asked each other, does He have a special formula for praying? Why is it when we pray these things do not happen as He does even if we use the very same words He did? That is why one day Christ decided to answer their concerns with a message deeper than what people think, when they view it on the surface; but if they dig deeper they will discover the keys to the mystery of prayers directed to Heaven or lost because it was misdirected. If you understand His teaching, believe Him and applied His formula, you will definitely have the answers you seek to your many questions about your prayers life; and like the Disciples of Christ; apply them everyday, and make as much difference in all you do and get the very same results they got. God wants us to walk very close to Him; seeking Him at all times and finding Him. He wants to be there for us; always preparing tables for us in the very presence of our physical and spiritual enemies; but we must draw near to Him; understanding His desires and purpose for our lives and destinies; then He will open up our knowledge to Heavenly wisdom that will instruct us in many mysteries that are ours by birthright, but we can’t comprehend them because of our blindness from sin, that plant mistrust and doubt in our lives. One of our rights as a creation of God is to be able to communicate with the Creator at any hour day and night and get a response. But…. (далее…)

This is the condition and if you follow it will, you will not fail.

Get yourself ready to receive:
If you say YES i am willing and ready Lord…
Be it unto you according to your faith so prepare to receive your bountiful blessing which will come over you right now where you are sitting as you flow through this massage.

This is the first instruction from above if you are willing to receive such an uncommon blessing.

Imagine you as a huge vessel:
Be a large vessel with no taps below. Meaning your heart must be fully for God and God alone in every thing and in all areas of your life. God is saying that your heart is divided as He can see right now. Part to your self interest, part to your ministry, part to your wife, part to your children, part to your friends and many more taps some full and some half open. Can you see the picture of a vessel with the taps below it? Taps under your Vessel that makes you dry up from day to day when your focus are no inline with God’s will in your life.

Forbid this:
You say God is first in your life but you put other things first before him and He does not like that my dear friends. Please allow your vessel to be filled with the fulness of God. Don’t try doing things for others but allow yourself being filled up and overflowing. Allow the overflow to come from above and not from you opening the taps below which will mean or be seen as the blessings are from you. No No No says father God. He wants to be thee provider for all your needs without your help or doings. You much be filled to the bream without you doing anything apart from praising father God for all.

What happens when you are totally full:
Others will be blessed as you come around them. How do you like that people? Your appearance and presence will change the scene of the area. Because you are around people will be blessed by your being around them. Don’t you want that uncommon blessing? People will come running to you just to hear an encouraging word from you that will build there day.

Give glory to the Lord if this words have opened your eyes today to start a new chapter in your life before this year 2009 ends.

Hallelujah to Jesus….!!!!!!!

May father God richly and bountifully bless you all in all through the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and saviour.

«In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth» (Gen. 1:1) That was how it all started and everything was in order, everything was good. Then God created man and woman and put them into his creation. They were given the work of taking care of the Garden of Eden. But they did not fulfill their purpose as God intended. They introduced disorder into a world of order. Sin and death came about as a result of their failure of purpose.

But even though the world is no longer in perfect order, as we look at our world around us we can see God. We can still see the result of His beauty and purpose in the order we still find there in nature. Simple things often go unseen. This morning as I looked out of my window I saw a tree. The majesty of this evergreen tree loomed above me. This tree is just a baby now. They tell me it will grow up to be 35 meters tall ! What an amazing thing that people can actually expect such uniformity in nature! Why is it that one tree in the forest towers above the others to such a majestic height and another tree in the same forest only grows to the height of 10 meters? They have been given that uniformity by the Creator.

The Lord our God has programmed nature. With His matchless design, He has caused all things to fulfill the expectations He gave them. A bee always makes honey, and never milk. A cow always makes white milk and never gives honey. Skunks always have an awful smell, and the rose always give off a sweet fragrance. The order of our world is strong evidence that there is a Creator, that there is Someone who cares for it.

You and I also have our purpose in this world. Unlike the tree in the forest, we have been given a free will, a choice in life. What will we decide? As Adam and Eve, will we disrupt this world by choosing the wrong way to live? Or will we fulfill our destiny and become a blessing in this world according to His will? What IS our purpose for being in this world? The answer is given in Ecclesiastes 12:13-14,

«Here is the conclusion of the matter:

Fear God and keep his commandments,

For this is the whole duty of man.

For God will bring every deed into judgment,

Including every hidden thing,

Whether it is good or evil.»
